• Windows Specialist in Queens

Strong working knowledge and experience on Microsoft operating systems and related technologies providing 2nd level support

Configuration of Clustering/ Load balancing, patch management
Installation and administration of Operation systems

Contact point for DCX escalation matrix and provide assistance to IT operations for 2nd level support issues

Familiar with software and its impact to OS like Databases

Familiar with Application software

Minimum 4 – 6 years experiences with at least the last 3 years spent working on Microsoft operating systems and related technologies providing 2nd level support

Must have MCSE certification

Excellent project management

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Some travel required
