The position will require a lawyer who can demonstrate flexibility and give leadership to the business whilst working in a team environment. The position will require a lawyer who can manage all strands of the transaction and take responsibility for key decisions.
Part of the Management and Risk teams, you will also have the ability to communicate with sophisticated investors and senior management when needed. Ideally, you will have 6 years experience in the derivative market with some general banking knowledge.
