Answer inbound calls
Place outbound calls

Track orders
Set-up new accounts
Follow-up with top accounts and potential prospects
Manage customer service issues, customer returns and product exchanges
OUTBOUND SALES REPRESTATIVES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Placing daily outbound sales and service calls to health food retailers within an assigned territory
Presenting strategic retail programs and sales promotions
Prospecting for new retail/health food store businessContacting all physicians in an assigned area via phone and sending product information
Tracking prospects and following up to ensure information is received
Following through with explanation on products and pricing, addressing questions and potentially bringing sales to fruition

Strong customer service/sales experience required
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Intermediate computer skills
