Description
|
The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for addressing business
customer's voice and data services. The individual will accept
responsibility for the implementation and ongoing growth and retention
of all business accounts within their book of business. AC will make
proactive customer contact calls weekly, to grow (up-sell) our product
base and meet, or exceed their monthly sales quota. Sole ownership of
business customer satisfaction through the entire order process and
day of installation for accounts with 1-24 lines.

Position Requirements
|
-2 + Years experience in a customer service area
-3 + Years experience in the telecom industry.
-1 + Year experience in a sales position.
-Must have a drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
-Computer Skills (MS Suite)
-Customer face to face presentations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently, as evidenced by identifying problems,
gathering data, weighing the facts, proposing solutions and then
effectively implementing those solutions. -Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
