Description

We are looking for an ambitious, talented test lead to build and manage a team responsible for testing synchronization functionality, which includes but is not limited to the Outlook PIM data types (Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Tasks) and group scheduling integration (meeting requests, responses, etc.). This test lead will work with our team and partners to help design features, develop schedules, plan and drive the test effort, and manage and grow the team carrying out the work.

Position Requirements
|
o Proven lead experience with at least one full software product life cycle
o Extensive experience designing and implementing test automation in C++ and/or C
o Strong ownership proficiency
o Great verbal and written communication skills
o Demonstrated understanding of testing methodology and process
o Good communication skills
o Passion and drive to ship high quality products on time
o A BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required |
