Description

• Prepare due diligence packages to the customer.
• Prepare SLA/amendment requests.
• Ensure frequent communication with Sales Team to maintain an accurate, current understanding of customer projects and issues.
• Serve as a internal contact regarding sales systems (funnel, dashboard etc).
• Track key sales indicators (e.g., number of SLAs) and provide accurate, timely reporting of these indicators to the appropriate individuals.
• Assist Sales Team to resolve customer issues.
