Description
|
Responsible to manage RF Engineering Business as an independent Profit centre, manage cost budgets and meet delivery targets.
Develop Portfolio / competency development and responsible for leading Sasken’s RF Engineering practice globally.
Develop market penetration strategies and support for pre-bid proposals & presentations to customers.
Responsible for developing robust processes for RF Engineering services.
Should be competent in all RF Engineering activities including, network dimensioning, link-budget, coverage analysis, frequency & capacity planning, drive testing data analysis, system-wide optimization, network quality audit, network acceptance and In-building design.
Experience in optimization of GSM / CDMA networks in US in order to improve the network quality, in term of handover cause, drop call, handover success rate and Rx quality is an essential.
Mentoring & training the team on all technical issues, and build RF competency development, and career path planning.
Should possess expertise in working with generally accepted RF planning & optimization tools like Actix, Neptune, Planet, TEMS, Netplan, Netact,etc.

Position Requirements
|
M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Communication / Telecommunication. Additional Management degree will be preferred.
10+ Years experience in RF Engineering.
Should have lead RF Engineering group with a Wireless Service Provider / Network OEM or a RF Engineering Services company.
Strong relationship’s with senior management of OEM’s & Service Providers is desirable.
Candidate should be well versed with latest wireless technologies. |
