This network controller will primarily manage the consolidated XIS/DIS network services for the Americas and Europe as a member of a 24x7 team. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of all network equipment. You will be responsible for customer fault management, testing of network service equipment and installation of network service equipment. Change management responsibility both customer and network. Full responsibility for local fault resolution and the coordination with carriers and suppliers. First and second level escalation.

Position Requirements
|
|
3 years experience in operations/engineering, preferably in Network Control, Service Delivery or Customer Support environments. Experience with DIS/XIS systems, circuit and protocols. Knowledge of commercial interfaces and circuits (Telecom). Trouble shooting/analytical skills. Knowledge of the configuration processing both hardware and software. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work 24x7 rotating shifts. |
