You will assist business and technology teams in evaluating high-level technical approaches to problems, and champion major technology initiatives on product roadmaps. You will ensure products and features are defined with global scalability and compliance in mind. And you will drive execution across the organization to maintain aggressive release cycles – while enabling plan-full requirements gathering and product definition.
You will leverage strong organizational and management skills and experience to continue building out the Technical Product Management organization. You will attract and develop key talent, develop the TPM organization, and infuse the team with industry knowledge and best practices. You will provide oversight, mentoring, and career growth opportunities for members of your team.

Position Requirements
|
• 10+ years directly relevant work experience preferably at a consumer Internet or software company, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years managerial experience, including at least 2 years at the Director level.
• Experience in product management and software development including at least 5 years in payments and financial services, preferably with a processor. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices as well as knowledge of core products of different types of financial institutions
• Experience defining large, real-time systems with high operational and scalability requirements. Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to execute against aggressive deadlines at a start-up pace.
• Seasoned manager with strong leadership skills. Strong project and process management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly collaborative. History of strong working relationships across business and technology
BS/BA degree required, technical field preferred; MBA preferred
