Client is looking for a Principal Web Application Developer with strong new rich internet and rich media eCommerce experience. Duties include innovating, designing, and developing next generation web-based prototypes for deployment on large-scale enterprise level J2EE applications. Individual will work independently and will collaborate with other members of the RIPT team to deliver fully-functional packaged prototype solutions. The RIPT team is responsible for developing end-to-end, three-tier, application prototypes including everything from backend database components to client-side interaction technologies. As a member of the RIPT team the individual will look for creative and innovative ways to meet the demands of a first-class ecommerce website by practicing and extending best-of-class development methodologies in conjunction with the latest technologies

Requirements
Must Have Skill sets and yrs of experience: 4 yrs+ ActionScripting/ Flash Application development experience
Strong client-server experience using AJAX
Expert-knowlege using client-side technologies such as DOM, DHTML, and a core understanding of the JavaScript Object Model.
Experience with XML technologies - XML Schema (XSD), XSLT, XML, SOAP, and Web Services
Strong working knowledge developing cross-browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) dynamic web applications
Strong experience with turning usability studies and productivity measurements into testable user interactive simulations by actor to identify and refine user experience
Understanding of W3C standards: XHTML, CSS, DOM, XSLT, XPath, XSL-FO, HTTP
Experience with Oracle Databases and knowledge of interacting with normalized database models
