IS Application Development

·        Interface development to the existing IS applications using the approved tools such as Visual Studio .Net, Visual Basic, Tibco, SQL script, ASP, ASP .Net and etc

·        Enhancement of the in-house developed applications

·        Develop application extension to fulfill local business requirements

·        Perform various application testing to ensure excellent quality of applications delivered

·        Compile appropriate documentation of IS Applications developed

        Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science of related field;

·        Min one year’s experience in application development in the following tools such as Visual Basic, ASP and Visual Studio .Net;

·        Sound understanding on business processes, and exposure to ERP or any other business application systems;

·        Familiarity in Microsoft Operating Systems;

·        Sound understanding of development methodologies and data modeling principles;

·        Exposure to developing custom reports preferable using Cognos Powerplay, Cognos ReportNet and Crystal Report;

·        Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

·        Good communication and documentation skills;

·        Ability to prioritize project/tasks and work to deadlines;

·        Self-motivator and focused on delivering technical solutions for business benefit
