Work with a team of mainframe DBAs, ECD management and GTI Enterprise Computing towers to deliver world-class, high performance IMS and DB2 mainframe database solutions. Supervise individual workloads and work of the team in support of day-to-day production,
conversions, application and corporate IT project initiatives, disaster recovery, logical/physical database design and performance tuning.

Position Requirements
|
|
A bachelors degree in Computer Science. Minimum 5 years of experience as a mainframe IMS and DB2 DBA. Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT team lead. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong IT project management and team management skills. Proven experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards and procedures |
