The Senior Systems Analyst (SSA) will provide professional consulting services by bringing a deep understanding of applying technology to solve real world business process issues. This individual will lead EMC Microsoft project team members and client personnel in the design and implementation of world-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions based on the MS CRM platform.
The SSA is expected to own the design and implementation of MS CRM solutions and must work well within a team environment that includes EMC, Microsoft and Client personnel. In addition, SSAs are required to maintain a broad understanding of general business practices and the CRM market to identify best practices for implementing CRM processes.

Position Requirements
|
The Senior Systems Analyst will possess a good understanding of marketing, sales, service and support business processes. Hands-on CRM design and implementation experience is also critical. Custom development experience is a plus. This person must bring a structured approach to the design and implementation process.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical and business problems/issues in a non-technical manner, strong problem resolution, analysis, and customer service skills are required. Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and a willingness to travel is a necessity. Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and other team members is required.
• 3+ years of verifiable experience in consulting
• Experience implementing CRM systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and coach junior staff
• A team player
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Servers and the .Net development toolset is preferred
