The Support Technicians are responsible for assisting customers experiencing questions or problems with software, hardware and/or peripheral products purchased from Applied Systems, Inc.


Requirements
All successful applicants will meet the following qualifications:
  • Ability to speak, write and read English
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows O/S, XP, NT, 2000, 2003 (Server & Workstation), Internet and use of Microsoft Outlook
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • A team player as well as have the ability to listen, to accept responsibility, and to cooperate and communicate with others to accomplish goals.
  • Ability and desire to expand with changing marketplace and technology
  • Conflict-resolution capabilities and the ability to deal with emotional and/or difficult callers. 
  •  

    All Successful applicants will encompass the following characteristics:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral,
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service. 
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset
  • Ability & flexibility in working shift work (7:00am – 7:00pm)
