Under general supervision, the successful candidate will manage the activities of our banking floor, investment, and new accounts departments and personnel.  Identify opportunities for potential sales of other credit union products and refer the member/client to the appropriate credit union representative.  Maintain a high profile and image as the financial institution of choice in the branch trading area by establishing member/client relationships and business contracts.  Provide technical expertise to member/clients and other credit union staff and branches.  Ensure a high level of member service is maintained by all staff in the Patterson Branch.

Requirements

The Person:

We are specifically seeking highly motivated applicants with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.  Graduates of the CUIC Management Studies Program with a proven track record in the credit union environment would be looked upon favourably.   A post secondary diploma in Business Management/Business Administration or a Bachelor of Commerce combined with experience in a financial institution, which will include administration, investments, operations and management, is desired. 

 

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
