Managing successful branch office of market leading insurance company.
Responsible for general insurance sales, business planning and targeting, general office management, coaching/development and motivating 5 staff. Following FSA procedures, hands on insurance sales, processing documentation, handling claims.
Requirements
Genuine interest in agriculture and associated issues is essential. Sales management experience also essential. Insurance sales background is beneficial - although full product training will be provided.
Completion of internal licensing exams will be required. Recruitment process includes an assessment day.
