SALES REPRESENTATIVE-Online Acquisitions

The firm seeks a highly motivated Online Reprensatative with excellent organizational and communication skills  to manage  processes supporting a sophisticated and rapidly growing suite of trading strategies in markets around the world. The role requires regular interaction with senior management and proprietary trading professionals and involves a wide array of responsibilities which include:
-Planning and executing day-to-day activities of client engagements
-Identifying performance improvement opportunities for clients served
-Interaction with client personnel
-Answers and processes inbound customer calls as specified, in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
-Process vouchers,check and payroll
-Recieve and Issue Payment On Behave of the company
-Maintains a professional, calm, and pleasant voice image at all times when communication with customers.
-Ability to professionally handle matters of a sensitive nature with confidentiality.
-Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficiency in 10-key
One year customer service experience.
Personal computer proficiency specifically regarding Microsoft Office programs (especially Outlook and Internet Explorer).
