We are currently seeking approximately 5 pastry chefs (helpers) for our location in Montreal.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a recognized diploma in pastry and ideally 1 year minimum of experience in artistic pastry.
The tasks are, but are not limited to, following recipes to create the various PAGEL products. Finishing and decorating our products with the PAGEL standards. You must also be flexible to work in teams towards the completion of your production lists. We are currently seeking people with experience in mousse and cream pastries, as well as viennoiseries and decoration. We also have a senior/supervision role available, in decoration and finishing.
Any additional experience is a great plus. You must be patient, hard-working, organized, motivated, flexible, respectful and can manage stress and priorities.
