Auto Parts Finance Co., is currently seeking an experienced Accountant I/ Bookkeeper Job Description: The duties include data entry related to AP, AR/Billing, and Payroll. Payroll is processed by an outside service. Maintain files and assist the Controller with monthly reports and reconciliations. Must also support other department needs for supplies and occasional assistance. Job Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: • Enter vendor invoices-post • Match invoices with supporting documents- PO and packing list • Select invoices for weekly check run • Issue checks and post • Maintain vendor files Accounts Receivable: • DO AIA billing on contracts-post • Do other billing as needed-post • Enter customer payments-post • Make routine collection calls

Requirements
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required. 1-5 years previous experience in financial services. Must be able to work at an energetic rate of efficiency and productivity while paying close attention to the detailed nature of the work. Should have no difficulty following directions.
