Office is rural area - 17 klms from nearest retail centres. Reliable means of transportation is required as no public transport offered in this area. Applicant must adapt to assignments as directed to include Alberta Transport regulations, permits, fuel logs, drivers logs, maintenance and safety records, data entry to accounts (must know the difference between payables and receivables) have the ability to be analytical and provide solutions to streamline, organize and maintain records weekly. Should have some knowledge of liability accounts, GST, WCB, PD7A etc and reconcile to same. Be familar Quickbooks Pro and all related Microsoft Office programs on a network system. Should have some troubleshooting knowledge on computers to recover programs based on this network. Must demonstrate articulate personable telephone manner and maintain message log book as we are the "Voice mail". The present office is informal (casual smoking) while new building under construction. Casual dress code. Must demonstrate punctuality and be reliable to report to work schedule please. |
