Under the general director of the Deputy Executive Director, the Regional Office Clerk is responsible for: Providing clerical and receptionist dutiesAssisting with accounting, pay and benefits, human resources and trainingSelling memberships, travel guides and making online bookings for customersResponding to general information inquiriesAssisting with fundraising and special events (example: Annual General Meeting)Other related duties, as required.

Position Requirements
|

Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years administrative and/or financial experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Knowledge of Simply Accounting would be an assetExperience in accounting, pay and benefits, sales and/or fundraising would also be an asset. Education Requirements: High School DiplomaSome Post Secondary Education (in a related field)Bilingual (both official languages) |

Wages:
$8.80 to $10.99 per hour
Hours of Work:
Mon-Fri - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 1/2 hour lunch)
Vacation: 2 weeks per annum |
