- Serve as a primary contact between key company principles, members of the sales team, and customers.

- Coordinate all logistics, processing and execution of customer orders.

- Lead tracking of company sales and commissions.

- Lead, organize and execute various trade shows in the pet industry.

- Maintain all listings and logistics of various customers and principles.

- Develop corporate and customer presentations.

- Assist and provide administrative support to CEO and Vice President.



Requirements

- Minimum DEC

- 1-5 years experience in administrative and support services.

- Strong communication and follow through skills with customers and principles.

- A team player with a proactive can do attitude.

- Well organized.

- Ability to work with little supervision.

- A high sense of urgency and ability to work on short deadlines.

- Detail oriented.

- Strong English communication- French an asset.

- Must have detailed knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
