Reporting to the Network Management Centre manager you will be responsible for operationally Supporting Customer Services.
Requirements
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to program in, DASL and VELOCITY with highly desirable ability to also use VB6, Delphi 5 and HDML. IP and Data Networking skills with well developed Cisco/Juniper/Netscreen and Checkpoint knowledge. Business acumen is highly desirable as is customer service and report writing.
You will have highly developed knowledge of IP and data networking including but not limited to TCP/IP, Frame Relay, ATM &, IPSEC. Knowledge of a wide range of networking equipment by various vendors including; Cisco, Nortel, Juniper, Redback & Avaya. High level of Customer Service, IT degree or at least 3 years relative experience in an IT &T environment.
