Description: ¨ Responsible to provide direction and supervision of painters ¨ Appropriately prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting ¨ Handle general customer concerns, open and close client contracts ¨ Train new painters and report performance to manager ¨ Transport crew, equipment and materials between job sites ¨ Receive directions from manager and communicate issues ¨ Maintain a clean and organized job site ¨ Drop off flyers and market to neighboring houses ¨ Create daily progress reports Requirements and Qualifications: ¨ Must provide leadership and be a team player, be hardworking and be self-motivated ¨ Possess good communication skills ¨ Must be punctual ¨ Have full-time access to a vehicle with roof-racks (or willing to have them temporarily installed) ¨ Have access to cell phone ¨ Must enjoy working outdoors ¨ Is willing to get dirty ¨ Comfortable with heights and working on ladders ¨ Painting experience an asset but not necessary Notes: ¨ Pay is based on experience and qualifications ¨ Resumes should be sent ASAP and are held in confidence ¨ Only qualified applicants will be contacted and interviewed Please include all relevant contact information – i.e. home phone, cell phone, email Please send your resume to Studentworksmontreal@gmail.com
