• Inventory Analyst in Edmonton

Insta-Rent Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Inventory Analyst to join their team.  This position offers continued growth potential, a professional work environment, exceptional co-workers and the opportunity to really make a difference. This position will be responsible for assisting the Controller in assuring accuracy of inventory information and support of store locations.

Responsibilities:

·         Process inventory vendor invoices and credit notes.

·         Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

·         Prepare cheque runs.

·         Ensure that deadlines are met for vendor payment cycles and accounting month end cut-offs.

·         Monitor the dispositions of inventory relating to write-offs, duplicate entries, combined units, and returns to vendors.

·         Maintain working relationships with Vendors

·                     Assist the team with other accounting procedures as time permits

The ideal candidate will be working towards a degree with an accounting major, applied accounting degree or diploma in Business Administration and has 2 years relevant experience with inventory.
