Requirements: · The ideal candidate will possess: · Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping in a small to mid sized organization · At least an undergraduate degree in Finance & Accounting · Have hands on experience with QuickBooks · A good comprehension of Financial construction in Microsoft Excel · Strong accounting, organization and communication skills, both written and verbal · Bilingual French and English, both written and verbal · Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced environment Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to recording business transactions, retaining all accounting records, accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, tax preps, preparing month-end journal entries and performing various reconciliations, including statements, invoices, vouchers, bank and general ledger accounts, as well as submitting reports of business financial operations. |
