Our client, a major hotel investment and operations firm, is looking to expand it's acquisition team and is seeking a number of bilingual candidates at analyst level.
The role involves all aspects of a typical acquisition execution work, with particular focus on underwriting, financial knowledge as well as analytical reviews

Position Requirements
|
- Prepares, reviews and presents underwriting model
- Carries out data collection and data processing
- Prepares / reviews / adjusts revenue and expense assumptions in cooperation with operations
- Conducts site visits to collect necessary data
- Liaises with HR and Operation to review initial information / strategies
- Prepares and helps coordinating all relevant documents and data for internal project reviews and pricing sessions
- Liaises with Finance and legal teams as appropriate to prepare closing documents
- Establishes contact and relationship with lenders to review business and underwriting model |
