  • Strategic real estate planning services based on the business strategies and requirements relative to the region.
  • Direct management function in gathering, disseminating and analyses of business requirements for business units and countries within the region.
  • Create overall real estate strategies and plans for the business units and countries within the region
  • Portfolio analysis, development and execution of the global real estate strategic plan as it relates to the region.


    • Requirements
  • Requires a degree in Real Estate, Finance or Economics.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in real estate strategic planning.
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills and be able to influence effectively.
  • Ability to translate ideas into effective and understandable presentations for specific audiences. Sound knowledge of Accounting Practices, Management Accounting Practices, Financial Analysis & Evaluation Techniques.
