Our Client, a well-established Property Developer with existing expansion plans both locally and overseas, is seeking a highly motivated indiviual who wishes to pursue a rewarding career in its extensive residential property business as : Asset / Business Development Manager.
You will be responsible for the overall financial performance of the assets and assist in the execution and management of strategic business development to maximize yields from the operating assets. This entails feasibility studies, structuring funding options, valuation and looking into strategic ways to enhance yields on assets.
Requirements
You should possess a degree in Estate Management / Building / Business Administration or Accountancy with at least 5 years of experience in strategic asset management and planning with a large property group. Experience in business development and divestments, assets securitization, or merger and acquisitions with property-related business will be an added advantage.
To succeed in this role, you should be strategic, hands-on and highly numerate. Other key attributes include resourcefulness, excellent writing skills and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
