Requirements
Be somebody's superhero - several times per shift - by joining us as a Customer Service Representative at our state-of-the-art call center in Moncton.  In this vital role, you will:

 

Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Road Assistance service

 

Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner

 

Escalate calls as necessary

 

Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
