·         This is a multi tasking assignment.

·         Responsible for the Calgary Office local recruitment function, compensation & payroll administration and industrial relations

·         Assist the Country manager in general office administration and taking care of consultants works assignment affairs including mob & demob, insurances, safety training if applicable

·         Logistic arrangement for consultants where applicable.

·         Liaise with government agencies and carry out LMO application whenever necessary  



Requirements
  • Candidate preferably possesses a Basic Bachelor's Degree in Geographical Science or Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Human Resource Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): good communication skill, diligent work.
  • Familiar with Power Point, Excel Spread Sheet, word etc
  • Preferably with 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field of man power supply or recruitment agency environment
