Responsibilities
·         Participates in the marketing, communications planning and contract work process;
·         Researches, organizes, develops and implements communications, public relations projects, including publications, presentations, gathering information for articles, media releases and events;
·         Assists in the development of proposals for new projects and coordinates existing budgets by assisting PM’s with updates, reports and project related documents.
·         Follows up on key dates related to proposal submission and project management internally with staff.
·         Management our Web Base, continuous updating of our contact database on Access.
·         Manage set up & coordination of meetings, bookings, both on & off site,    as well as education events including printing & preparation of all education/training materials. 
·         Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments, generate and evaluate new ideas.
·         Contributes to corporate management functions, including some financial management and preparation of financial projections, project statements, and reconciliation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
·         Administrative duties include, management of staff time sheets, expense reports, supply ordering, courier management, monitoring deliveries, filing and office organization. 
·         Controls and monitors incoming correspondence, sorting and distributing mail and electronic faxes.


Requirements
Qualifications
·         Some College with 2-3 years experience
·         Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English
·         Proven ability to multi task, balance priorities & meet tight deadlines        is essential.
·         Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Database Management
·          Superior organizational, research & analytical skills
·         Results orientated self starter with excellent people skills
·         Excellent telephone & business etiquette  
·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·         Ability to work effectively with internal and external clients
·         Excellent work ethic
·         Aptitude for Numbers
·         Forward thinking, plans for the unexpected.
