My client is seeking a 2+ year degreed professional to join its team. The BAQA will identify current and planned system business services to implement customer needs and support business processes, and document business requirements and processes utilizing tools, techniques, and artifact templates. In addition, the BAQA will perform Quality Assurance and testing as required by developing and executing test plans that cover all of the test cases/scenarios that are needed to ensure a quality delivery.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience with UML modeling (Experience/familiarity with Rational Requisite Pro and Rose a definite plus).
• Experience in creating test plans and test cases, executing test cases and tracking issues through their resolution, regression testing to ensure the continuation of prior existing functionality.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent job experience and a minimum of two years experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and processes and constructing data and entity relationship models and with one or more Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies.
