This is a generalist Human Resources  and involves providing generalist HR skills and support that in turn enhance customer service and result in HR having a positive effect on the bottom line of the business.

Develop and implement an HR strategy

• Positive review and perception from General Managers and the HR Managers

• Expert knowledge and advice on all matters relating to Employment Law in Canada

• Accurate interpretation of policy and process for Canada

• Accurate and timely delivery of Letter of Offers to candidates

• Recruitment and Selection of all levels of employee

• Detail driven individual – is accurate and has an eye for detail

• Demonstrates a methodical work organization

• Strong communicator – both written and verbal

• Excellent presentation skills

• Can interpret data and provide meaningful analysis of material

• Leader in customer service – professional approach to internal/ external clients

• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills

• Excellent business ethics and integrity

• High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a senior HR Manager (generalist ) position or similar

• American Multinational exposure in a predominately Manufacturing environment

• Degree in Human Resources Management and/or Masters in Business Administration
