To carry out systematic and detailed research on predetermined fields particularly real estate and retail, both nationally and internationally by scanning all available forms of information dissimination such as newspapers, periodicals, magazines, specialist subscriptions, internet and any other forms of media.
The information needs to be collated, analysed, synthesized and issued to all concerned functional teams on a regular basis.
Thereafter the information needs to be systematically referenced and carefully stored electronically as a knowledge bank to be pulled out and used for future use and reference.

Requirements
The candidate should have had previous experience in carrying out focussed research
Should have the ability to understand and comprehend issues with regard to the real estate and retail sector, political and macroeconomic issues affecting these areas or any other sub areas that fall under these domains.
Should have strong IT skills and knowledge in electronically scanning and storing data and information
Should have the knowledge and ability to systematically index and reference scanned material. Should have minimum 3 to 5 years work experience in a similar role either in industry, consultancy firm or a market research firm or media company.
