Description

This position provides direct nursing care of patients during pre-operative, intra-operative and immediate post-operative
phases of surgery as well as care of endoscopy patients utilizing the nursing process through the assessment, planning,
implementation and on-going evaluation of patients needs using current standards.
Throughout the nursing process, the staff nurse is responsible for communicating and documenting and reporting concurrently.
Performs scrub, circulating and endoscopy duties.
