Analyzes benchmark data to identify performance problems, identifies root cause of performance problems, and recommends potential solutions to remedy root causes of performance problems.
Requirements
Strong technical background with at least 6+ years of hands-on software development experience and a BS in Computer Science or related field.. MS CS preferred.
Experience with distributed object implementations and n-tier , Java-based architectures
Experience with J2EE, Weblogic, EJBs, and JMS,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent team skills
