he primary purpose of this position is to operate a profitable, clean, and customer service oriented retail store. Store Managers are responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: Ensure prompt and courteous service is given to all customers. Oversee the daily activities of a retail store to ensure its smooth operation. Order merchandise and ensure it is set according to merchandising plan-o-grams
Requirements
The successful candidate should have 2+ years supervisory experience in a retail or fast food setting. Must possess hands-on leadership skills. A proven track record in building and working as part of a team is necessary. Applicants must have an ability to work varied shifts (including evenings/weekends).
