Lead cross functional teams in the pursuit of reduced costs through VA/VE techniques or other enablers.Develop and maintain centralized data base of spend by category.Leverage spend across all businesses to optimize cost effectiveness. Integrate/participate with IR COE's on common commodities/services, either as team leader or team member.Rationalize supply base, either through consolidation or outsourcing.Build thorough understanding of all Climate Control businesses and their specific needs. Integrate needs into total Climate Control business plans for commodities/services.

Position Requirements

BS in related fields (Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering)1 - 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing roles. 3 - 5 years overall experience in supply chain related functions.Team leadership in a cross functional environment.Excellent computer skills.Professional certification (C.P.M.) preferred |
