       Conduct investigations and routine internal audit checks

·         Assess and propose compliance prevention and detection processes

·         Drive process improvements and simplifications

·         Develop and roll out compliance processes as  well  as  to  reflect best  practices and to ensure that such processes remain robust and  relevant

·         Develop and deliver  compliance  training  (Leadership  Training/Level  II  training  etc) to  relevant  audiences  throughout Asia

·         The Investigations Manager will be a key member of the Compliance/ Legal team and will work as a key contributor to senior members of the International business.



Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or Law
  • Highest degree of integrity and ability to champion compliance as a core business value across multiple jurisdictions and functions.
  • Previous audit/finance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lead investigations related to key compliance issues, present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Able to work to a clear and measurable set of deliverables using own initiative and with strong influencing skills with employees at every level within the business
  • Candidate should be comfortable working with senior managers and have the ability to understand commercial and financial drivers. 
  • Candidate must be highly organised, computer literate, a self-starter, and good at managing and prioritising numerous projects to meet demanding deadlines.
