Good and sound knowledge of commercial and corporate law and good drafting skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively as a team. Computer literate, meticulous and possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
Manage corporate projects like mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances Provide support to contract managers Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues Liaise with external counsel Attend to all legal matters of the group including drafting, reviewing, negotiating agreements, contracts and other legal documents. Provide legal advice on investment projects, franchising, tenancy matters and general legal and corporate secretarial advice
