  Due diligence of verifying the economic terms of the confirm against the trade booking, marketer tickets and/or termsheets as applicable

·          Develop Counterparty relationships to better understanding their needs for quicker execution of confirmations

·          Assisting in the negotiation of language queries with Counterparties

·          Liaison with legal, credit, traders, marketers and external clients in resolving documentation related queries

·          Proactive in issue identification and resolution to secure timely return of executed confirmations

·          Involvement in both company driven projects and industry driven relating to Documentation

Requirements
Derivatives but Debt/Credit/Bond Derivatives will also be considered), together with a good understanding of the financial industry is essential. The depth of this knowledge will determine the speed at which the successful candidate progresses within the company.  You will have good organizational skills and an understanding of core operation responsibilities and processes. We further seek a candidate who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is proactive in nature and has good attention to detail.
