Position Requirements

BS degree with major in Metallurgy or equivalent, with strong knowledge of steel making process;Minimal 5 years experience in steel industry well connected in the industry and management, strong sales track record to Steel Industry (materials and/or equipment);Strong ability to demonstrate strong management and leadership skills Able to dealing with paradox and strategic agilityCreative thinking and well motivating subordinates & others
