Our client looking for an experienced Network and Systems strategic solutions expert to lead a team of 25 personnel and be the driving force of their BPR and ICT projects.

Budget planning and management; Budgets need to be communicated at country level so that the various Country Heads can synchronize their own budget in implementing the change environment.

Highly-strategic planning and innovative solutions development.

Requirements

BS in IT / Engineering; Masters in IT / Engineering or MBA preferred.

At least 6 years experience in managing large-scale BPR and ICT projects.

Business savvy with a flair for financials; ability to grasp business knowledge and processes quickly. 

Able to lead, motivate and engage direct reports and end-users.

Must have good track record in relevant areas of strategic implementation, presentation and persuasion of ideas.

Good analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
