Description
  • Providing end-user training support throughout the region
  • Designing and implementing end user training courses for enterprise applications and systems
  • Provide training on proprietary applications and deliver appropriate training during application roll outs and upgrades
  • Coordinating with global training counterparts and Asia trainers to deliver enterprise application training to audiences in Asia including Tokyo and other Asia Pacific branches
  • Developing and managing relationships with IT managers, developers and support staff for the support of enterprise end user technology
  • Supervising training needs analysis and assessments conducted for enterprise end user systems and applications
  • Prepare training materials and application tips on different applications
  • Provide training/coaching to users on proprietary applications and field users’ daily questions
  • Ensure all training/coaching is tracked through training database
  • Meet with business units regularly and make sure their training needs are addressed

    Position Requirements
  • Confident in delivering training to a large group of audiences
  • Confidence in approaching remote parties by telephone and video conferencing
  • Good understanding of desktop applications, including MS Office, Outlook Email & Calendar
  • Good understanding of desktop technologies including XP, Unix and Market Data a plus
  • Ability to conduct a thorough training needs analysis
  • In-depth expertise in instructional design (specifically, design of technical courses)
  • Understanding training as a discipline
  • Ability to plan and implement large-scale training rollout
  • Ability to evaluate instructors and vendors
  • Strong interest in technology and training
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Able to improve performance based on feedback, and be highly productive
  • Able to present effectively to senior IT management
  • Innovative and creative; flexible in attitude and approach
  • Excellent work-ethic and highly productive
  • Creative and innovative in instructional design and application of technology to training
