Description
|
Provide pre-sales support for mobile data and voice products
Manage projects for customer base in this region, including design and liaising with HQ
Ensure good relationship with customers and be the technical contact person for the organization
Be involved in escalation of problems and follow through to ensure that problems are resolved
Gather feedback from customers in order to drive new product development at HQ
Engage in negotiations with carriers on SLAs and contracts

Position Requirements
|
Degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a similar scope within the telecom sector
Strong technical background in transmission, including SS7, switching, transmission, with experience in mobile networks being a plus
Experienced in IP
Excellent negotiation skills
Able to travel in the region as required |
