Description
|
Account profit and loss management responsibility to meet target revenue and earning before interest and tax (EBIT) and payment receivables goals.
To ensure satisfactory Account Operation level by meeting the target service level agreement, resolving issues and assist customer to meet their business targets.
Achieving high level of client relations management satisfaction by setting up the right governance structure, establishing healthy communication channel, building and maintaining solid and strong relationship and responding to any organizational changes.
Driving post-sales and additional revenue generation activities with the assigned key account through increasing wallet share by selling more add-on business.

Position Requirements
|
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / I.T. or relevant disciplines, preferably with an MBA.
Prior knowledge in credit or debit card business is preferred.
Strong business & market knowledge in sales, marketing and services function.
Strong and highly effective communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship handling skills.
Team player who could work effectively with people f different levels.
Customer focus and able to resolve issues on a timely basis.
Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Able to handle multiple projects.
