Define and guide the e2e product development process, collaborate effectively with all partner teams to define release criteria and roll-out schedule, skillfully execute on milestones, deliverables in the timely manner.

Drive local customer and partner engagements in concert with BG’s customer/partner initiative in order to expand our product influence in the global stage

We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated ability to think strategically and tactically about the technical, business, cross-functional/cross-site development issues.

You should have at least 7 years experience, including at least 3 years leading teams through full product lifecycles (vision, definition, successful release/deployment).

Experience with Windows Server products design, development, testing, release and deployment is desirable.

The ability to communicate effectively working cross-group, cross-site and with executive staff is a must
