HRMS system implementation, including user requirements, gap
analysis, business process design, SIT, UAT, production roll-out.
Play the role of project manager or assistant project manager
Help to build HRMS capabilities for the Company
Requirements
6+ years of experience in HR related areas, with at least 2years in HRMS and the rest in various business functions of
HR management
2. Two complete HRMS implementation project experience, with at
least one using PeopleSoft technologies, and with which one
is in banking industry is highly preferred.
3. Excellent knowledge of all HRMS modules, especially
PeopleSoft
4. Good knowledge of the complete SDLC of an IT project,
including gap analysis, design, development, testing, and
maintenance, etc.
5. Excellent communication skills, in both Chinese and English
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
