The role will reports to the. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sales growth programs to achieve targeted sales revenue, growth goals and build and growth market share in our client's core channels with assigned accounts. The goal of this position is to increase share and available opportunity and manage monthly channel reach.
Requirements
You should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Science an advantage). At least 3-5 years of sales experience (Knowledge of the IT industry and channels is a definite requirement) with at least 5 years of experience in managing relationships with account owners in a sales territory/country. Thorough understanding of the sales function and processes (Marketing/Service knowledge will be an advantage in this role) including annual sales planning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and oral communication skill, training and coaching skills, strong time management and results oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships. Willing to travel throughout the region
